Deck Maintenance Plans

Decks need regular maintenance (especially in South Dakota seasons) to protect the life and look of them. After a deck has been thoroughly power washed and freshly stained, the maintenance needed is much more manageable.

We recommend 2-3 year follow up services. This often entails a light rinse and maintenance coat, all extending the life of the deck.
